If your club has chosen to use our online shopping cart option for pre-pay and post-pay team shoots, all orders received before the cut off date (visible at the top of the product page) will be returned back to the club in bulk. These orders are also processed together, regardless of a print or digital order. Your club sets the deadline and can either be during the season or prizegiving. For orders placed after the cut off date, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be processed. Delivery options after the cut-off date are either collection from our shop or shipping to your address provided to us.

All of our school photos are offered as a post-shoot option. Passwords are distributed 2-3 weeks after the photo shoot has taken place. Depending on the school, there will be a free shipment "back to school" period which is visible at the top of the product page. Ship to home is also available during this period. Once the free shipment "back to school" has lapsed, all orders will be processed and sent back to the school 5-10 working days later. If Digital Files have been ordered during this period, a link will be emailed to you within 5 working days to download the files. After the free shipment has lapsed, photos can still be ordered with standard postage and courier fees. All orders take 5-15 working days to process.

All our current photo sessions are password protected. Individual passwords are created for each student so only you can see the individual and sibling photos. Class Photos are shared only for students in that class. Sports and Team Photos are also password protected. Only your team members can see the team and individual photos. Is some cases, depending on the size of the club, this may extend out to one grade. Normally 12 months later, all sports photos are transferred to our sports archive https://www.photosmart.co.nz/team-photo-archive which is contained in public galleries. Individual Sports Photos are also archived however the passwords for these galleries remain.

We quality check all of our work before it goes out the door, or emailed to you. If you're not happy with the product that you have received, please don't hesitate to contact us, either by phone or email. We will review your order and in some cases offer a replacement or refund.
